Reviewing Individual Patient Assessment Results

The Results display contains a summary of each patient's assessment results. For a step by step guided walk-through of the Results display, click here.

Some key things to know:

  • Each patient has their own Results display.
  • The Results display updates immediately after an assessment is completed.
  • Patients that have created accounts (tag: Account Complete) can also see their assessment results.

Active vs discontinued assessments

The Results display loads the results to any assessments that are  currently assigned. If an assessment was previously assigned but has been removed, it is considered a discontinued assessment. Select  View discontinued assessments to see the results for any assessments that are no longer active.

Suicidal thoughts

If a patient has answered positively to an assessment question asking about suicidal thoughts, a red alert box will appear at the top of the patient's Results display and a flag will appear next to the patient's name on your Patient List.

  • The alert will continue to appear so long as there have been positive responses to a suicidal thoughts question in the past two months.
  • This alert is only visible to therapists and admins and is not presented to patients in their account.
  • There are two assessments with a question on suicidal thoughts, the PHQ-9 for Depression and the EPDS for Postnatal Depression.

Assessment results

  • The results for each assessment is presented in its own section. The top line indicates the score and severity (if applicable) of the most recent assessment, providing a quick overview of the patient’s current status.
  • Each assessment uses its own plot style, in order to most clearly display and articulate the assessment results.
  • The progress graph displays the patient’s progress through therapy. Each marker represents a completed assessment and shows the aggregate score and severity for the completed assessment.
  • Below the progress graph is more detailed information on:
    • The individual responses to the most recently completed assessment.
    • The historical trends of the individual responses.
    • A short form interpretation guide for the assessment.
