Assessment delivery schedule

Greenspace allows therapists and admins to automatically deliver assessments to patients. There are two types of delivery schedules:

You will be prompted to select a delivery schedule when creating a patient's account, but you can always modify the selected schedule. This includes switching from the Standard schedule to a Custom schedule or changing the specific delivery time on a Custom schedule.

Standard schedule

The Standard schedule delivers assessments to patients on a predetermined weekly schedule designed to increase patient compliance and participation. The Standard schedule is designed to avoid asking patients to complete multiple assessments at the same time, allowing for assessment completions at different times throughout the week.

Here is what you need to know:

  • Assessments are delivered at pre-determined times that research shows patients are most likely to complete an assessment (see chart below).
  • When an assessment is first assigned, it will be delivered to a patient the next time that it appears on the schedule below.
  • As an example, if a patient is assigned the PHQ-9 on Monday evening, they will receive their first PHQ-9 on Thursday at 10:00am. Following an assessment’s first delivery, it will be delivered at that time according to the frequency you set (ie. every 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks).
  • Note that if you select "Manual" delivery frequency, assessments will not be automatically delivered and the schedule will not apply.

Custom schedule

Selecting a Custom schedule allows you to specify the exact day and time that a patient will regularly receive their assessments. This allows you to customize the time each patient receives their assessments based on each patient's appointment times or personal preferences. Many

Here is what you need to know:

  • All assessments for a given week are delivered in one email or SMS message.
  • You can always change the delivery time specified.
  • If assessments have different delivery frequencies (ie. every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks), only the applicable assessments will be delivered each week.
  • Note that if If you select "Manual" delivery frequency, assessments will not be automatically delivered and the schedule will not apply.

GS-Practical Assessment

The GS-Practical Assessment is also delivered on a predetermined weekly schedule. There are eight different administrations of the assessments, each delivered at a different time.

Here is what you need to know:

  • A patient will receive the GS-Practical two times each week. When this assessment is first assigned, a patient will receive the next GS-Practical that is scheduled to be delivered.
  • The schedule below outlines the days and times that the GS-Practical is delivered over a four week period.
  • A Custom schedule does not override the schedule for the GS-Practical set out below.
  • For example, if a patient is assigned the GS-Practical on Wednesday of week three, they will not receive the first assessment until Friday at 12:00pm.
