Changing your security question

If you ever need to recover and reset your password, you will be prompted to provide the answer to your security question. If you can't remember the answer you typed to your security question, you will need to contact Support.

This article shows you how to update your security question and answer.

Step 1: Select Settings in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: From the Security tab click Edit next to your security question.

Step 3:  Enter the current answer to your security question, and then choose your new security question and answer below. Click Save to confirm the change.
