Helping Therapists Manage Security Credentials

You can manage the security credentials of the therapists within your clinic. Doing so will send a system-generated email to the therapist with security credentials reset link. By clicking on the link, the therapist will be able to redefine their security question/answer and password. This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to help clinic therapists reset their security credentials faster and more securely.

The ability to manage security credentials for therapists is available for clinic admins with the permission View Therapist List selected. For more information about admin account permissions, click here.

Navigate to Therapist List

1. Navigate to the Therapist List

2. Next to the therapist that has requested a security credential reset, select the horizontal ellipsis button on the right-hand side. 

3. Click Reset Security Credentials

4. Click Confirm to email the therapist with a security credentials reset link.

This will send a system-generated email to the therapist's email address with a link to a security credential reset form. Once completed, therapists will be able to log in once again using their newly set security credentials.
