Changing email on patient's invitation

This article contains step by step instructions on how to change a patient's invitation. If the invitation has not been sent or the patient has not yet accepted the invite, delivery method, email, and phone number can be changed. This is useful if the patient requested to use another email address, if there was a misspelling when the email address was first entered, or if you would like to change the invitation delivery method. This helps ensure that the patient can create a Greenspace account using their preferred method through that invitation. 

Navigate to Patient Profile > Account Invite

1. Navigate to the Account Invite tab of a patient's profile. Please ensure that the invitation has not yet been accepted.

2. Select Cancel Invite.

3. Click Yes, cancel this invite to confirm cancellation of the invitation.

4. Once invitation has been cancelled, you can send a new invitation by clicking on Invite Patient.

5. Choose how you would like the invitation delivered by selecting By Email or By Text.

6. Click Invite to send the invitation

This will effectively cancel the previous invitation and send a new invite to the updated email address or phone number.
