Accessing and Downloading Individual Patient's Raw Data

For individual patients you can download raw assessment data from their Results page.

• The download will appear in a CSV format.
• Only one patient's results for one assessment can be downloaded at a time

To access data for your entire organization, you can go in and download copies of the dashboard
