Customizing Note Types

By default, there are six different types of notes available to all clinics on Greenspace. The owner of the Clinic Account and any Admin with the correct permissions can view, and customize the clinic's note types from their clinic's settings.

Accessing your note type settings

Your available note types are located within your clinic settings. 

Step 1: Select Clinic Settings on the drop-down menu below your name

Step 2: Select the Notes tab

If you do not see the Notes tab, you may be missing the Manage Note Types and Templates permission. Please contact your clinic owner to enable this permission.
