An Aggregate View at Clinical Outcomes in Your Organization
The Clinical Outcomes dashboard provides a high-level overview of Measurement Based Care (MBC) outcomes at your organization. It is a dashboard that is useful when taking a bird’s eye view at your clinical outcomes for reporting or funding purposes. By presenting key outcome stats in a clear and accessible manner, the Clinical Outcomes Dashboard helps in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and fostering continuous improvement in patient care.
In addition to providing insights into your overall assessment outcomes, this dashboard displays an aggregated view of reliable improvement, recovery, and reliable recovery across all measures that your organization uses.

Key Metrics
Avg Score Improvement — Shows the average improvement in assessment scores across all patients.
Avg Therapeutic Alliance — Displays the average score for therapeutic alliance across all patients, reflecting the quality of the patient-therapist relationship.
Assessment Scores by Treatment Month — Shows the average normalized assessment scores (0-100) across different treatment months, allowing for the analysis of progress over time. Assessments are grouped into three categories: Clinical Symptoms, Functioning, and Therapeutic Alliance. The higher the score, the more positive.
Assessment Scores by Assessment Number — The average normalized score (0-100) across the organization in each assessment number. These are normalized and broken down according to assessment type - Clinical Symptoms, Functioning, Therapeutic Alliance. The higher the score, the more positive. This chart highlights whether the organization is generally seeing improvements in patient scores over time.
Improvement & Recovery Outcomes
The following assessments are included in the tiles Reliable Change, Recovery, and Reliable Recovery tiles: OCI, SPIN, HAI, GAD-7, PDSS, PHQ-9, PHQ-15, PCL-5, PSC-17, OASIS, WSAS (recovery tile only).

Reliable Improvement Rate — A two-step funnel showing the number of baseline assessments that consequently reached Reliable Improvement in their most recent assessment. Only cases with two or more completed assessments of the same measure are included. Patients completing multiple assessments would be counted multiple times in this funnel.
Recovery Rate — A two-step funnel showing the number of baseline assessments with caseness that consequently scored below the caseness threshold in their most recent assessment. Only cases with two or more completed assessments of the same measure are included. Patients completing multiple assessments would be counted multiple times in this funnel.
Reliable Recovery Rate — A two-step funnel showing the number of baseline assessments with caseness that consequently scored below the caseness threshold in their most recent assessment, who have also crossed the Reliably Change Index (RCI). Only cases with two or more completed assessments of the same measure are included. Patients completing multiple assessments would be counted multiple times in this funnel.
