Data Exports and Reports Overview
Greenspace’s Data Exports are now available in the Analytics tab, alongside standard and custom dashboards. The Data Exports feature is a revamped version of the legacy Reporting Centre, designed to make data more accessible and usable on-demand. It allows Clinic Admins to look up, filter and export key datasets in raw CSV format. We currently have the below reports available to all clinics:
Please note that the Data Exports feature will require additional permission to view the below data sets. If you currently don't see the Data Export section on your Analytics tab, please reach out to your Clinic Owner to consult regarding adding the View and Download Data Exports permission to your account.

Where can I find the Data Exports?
Data Exports will be located under the Analytics section of the product, alongside other key categories like Outcomes, Engagement, and Caseload.
Assessment Results
Each row in this export represents a completed assessment response. Learn more details about this export here.
Greenspace's Assessment Results export feature enables you to delve deep into the efficacy of interventions, track patient progress over time, and identify trends and patterns that may inform treatment strategies. You will be able to filter by Clinics, Assessment Submitted Date, Assessment, Assigned Therapists, Assigned Patient Tags, and/or Patients. By exporting assessment results, you can conduct your own analyses, apply statistical methods, and visualize data to gain a comprehensive understanding of treatment outcomes.

The therapeutic journey often involves a rich tapestry of notes, insights, and observations captured by therapists during sessions. The Notes Data Export will allow you to filter by Clinics, Note Created Date, Note Type, Note Owner, Assigned Patient Tags, and/or Patients. By exporting notes data, therapists and researchers can extract valuable information such as session duration, diagnosis, and method of interaction (e.g. telephone, in-person).
Patients

Understanding patient demographics, characteristics, and treatment histories is fundamental to providing personalized care and optimizing healthcare delivery. Greenspace's Patients Data Export has the following filters: Clinics, Assigned Therapists, Assigned Patient Tags, and/or Patients. This data export empowers users to extract comprehensive patient data, facilitating detailed demographic analysis and patient segmentation.
Therapists

In addition to patient-centric data, understanding therapist characteristics and practices is essential for optimizing therapy delivery and fostering professional development. Greenspace's Therapists export feature empowers administrators and researchers to extract insights into therapist's patient engagement, score improvements and therapeutic alliance. For the clinics that have multiple sub-clinics, the Therapist Data Export will allow you to filter by Clinics.
How can I download the data tables?
You can export the data tables at any time by clicking on the Dashboard actions on the top right hand corner and selecting Download. You will be given an option to download the data as a CSV or PDF.
When the download modal pops up, please select All results under Number of rows and columns to include to ensure that the whole data table is exported:
