Customizable Insights & Recommendations

Customizable Insights & Recommendations is a feature that allows clinics to tailor the text and recommended actions within insights messages shown to providers. This customization helps ensure that insights and recommendations align closely with each clinic’s unique clinical protocols, supporting protocol aligned and effective patient care.

Admins can customize:

  • Insight text: Modify the language of insights messages so it aligns with your clinic’s terminology and care philosophy.
  • Recommended actions: Add specific action steps for providers to follow, ensuring consistency in care and improving clinical decision-making.

Admins can use a reset feature to revert any customized message back to Greenspace’s default text. This option is available on a per-message basis, providing flexibility.

How will these custom insights & reccomendations appear to our providers?

Once an admin publishes a customized insight, providers in the clinic see these tailored messages and recommendations directly within the patient results view. The customized insights & recommendations replace default messages, providing a clinic-specific experience.

What happens if an admin edits insights messages after they’re published?

Admins can save drafts to review and share content before publishing to production. This allows for previewing and ensuring accuracy before updating the provider view. Admins can maintain an active published version while a draft version is in progress, offering flexibility for managing updates.

Can admins make different customizations for each of our sub-clinics?

Customizable Insights & Recommendations allows customization at the clinic level, meaning admins can tailor insights specifically for each sub-clinic. Additionally, there will be an option to copy customized message across clinics shortly following the beta release.

During the beta, we will release an update that will allow clinic owners to adjust permissions, allowing specific admins to manage customizations as needed
