Completing assessments by email or text

There are two ways of sending assessments via email or SMS/text to patients - remote assessment delivery or creating an account. Under Patient Access, the therapist or admin can select the type of access that the patient should have:

When Complete assessment via email or text is selected and an email address or phone number is entered, the patient will receive their assessment notifications with the method that was selected.

If a patient is invited to create an account and accepted their invitation, they will be receiving notifications for new assessments with the method that was selected and they will also be able to log into their account on platform to complete their assessments.

Both options will allow the patient to completed outside of session time. 

Sending Assessments Remotely

Step 1: Navigate to the patient's Manage tab and select Complete Now next to one of the assigned assessments.

Step 2: After selecting the desired assessment(s) to be completed, select Email/SMS as the Completion Method.

Step 3: When you select Submit, the selected assessments are sent directly to the patient by email or text message. The patient will receive an email or text notification indicating they have new assessment(s) to complete.

Step 4: When the patient selects Complete Assessments, the assessments will open in their browser. The assessments can be completed on any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection.
