How to use the Patient List
The Patient List provides an overview of all patients that are associated with your organization. This article outlines how to read and understand the Patient List visible to admins.
Overview
Summary information for each patient is presented in a separate row in the, which identifies the patient, their provider(s).
- Providers - This column lists all therapists that are associated with a patient. It does not list admins.
- Assessments - The number of assessments currently assigned to the patient. If you hover over the number, it will display the names of the assessments assigned.
- Engagement - The percentage of assigned assessments that have been completed by the patient.
- Improvement - The overall change in symptom severity from the patient's baseline scores.
- Alliance - The patient's most recent score on the Therapeutic Alliance assessment. If the Therapeutic Alliance is not assigned to the patient, this column will be blank.
- Suicidality - A flag will appear here if the client has provided a non-zero response to a question about suicidal ideation in the past two months.

Use the toggle to show the tags that are associated with each patient
Show 'Only My Patients'
Use the Only My Patients toggle to only display the patients that you personally have created on Greenspace. If you haven't created any patients yet, no patients will be listed.
View patient information
From the Patient List you can access more detail and information about each patient, including details assessment results, progress notes and profile information.
