Master Patient Profile Template for Stacked Account

Your organization may want gather the same demographic information and initial onboarding data from all patients for all clinics. Enabling the ‘Master Patient Profile Template’ allows you to ensure data is consistent across all clinics.

Once enabled, you will be able to update the Patient Profiles, which will now remain consistent across all clinics. See this help resource on how to edit Patient Profiles. Note that if your clinics were previously creating their own Patient Profiles, the data they collected will no longer be retrievable.

If your organization decides that they would like for individual clinics to customize their Patient Profiles, each clinic will have the default Patient Profile available to them for further customization.
