Notes Management Dashboard
This dashboard provides an overview of notes used by your clinic or organization in Greenspace.
In this Article
Notes
- Total Notes : The total number of notes that are not deleted in your clinic or organization
- Patients with Notes : The total number of patients who have at least 1 note attached.
- Notes by Type : The total number of notes of each type.
- Notes by Week : The number of notes and patients with notes by week.
- All Notes : All notes, sorted by most recently added. The list is limited to 500 rows but you can download the full report by clicking on "Download Tile" at the top right corner and selecting "Advanced Options"
Note Owners and Patients
- Notes by Note Owner : The number of notes by each note owner. The note owner is the first author of the note, and could be a therapist or admin
- Notes by Patient : The number of notes attached to each patient. The list is limited to 500 rows but users can download the full report by clicking on "Download Tile" at the top right corner and selecting "Advanced Options"
Filters
- Note Type : The standard Greenspace note types and other note type templates self-generated by your clinic or organization
- Note Date : The date field in the note. This filter can be configured by specific date ranges
- Note Owner : The note owner is the first author of the note, and could be a therapist or admin
- Patients : The patients who are part of your organization or clinic

- I have created specific note templates for my organization. How do I see request specific information to be displayed on this dashboard?
- We are happy to customize this dashboard for you depending on what your templates are. Please reach out to support@greenspacehealth.com to request this change.
- I would like to bulk export data beyond my dashboard. Can I do this?
- Yes, you can request additional raw data (only in the form of CSV) by reaching out to support@greenspacehealth.com and accessing those reports through your Reporting Centre. These raw datasets can also be scheduled on a regular cadence. This is a suitable solution if you would you like to do your own analysis or audit your data.
- My dashboard is not loading properly. What should I do?
- You may troubleshoot the dashboard or visualization directly by selecting the three dots on the right-hand corner and selecting "Clear cache and refresh". If the error still persists, please reach out to support@greenspacehealth.com.
