Greenspace Analytics
Greenspace Analytics provides organizations with insight from measurement-based care outcome data. It is available to admins with Data and Insights permissions for any organization or clinic using Greenspace.
Upon selecting the Analytics tab, there are three dashboards that provide an overview of your clinical outcomes, patients, and therapists. This article introduces you to the components of each dashboard.

At Greenspace, there is also an option for PHI-Free Dashboard, which is designed to address the specific needs of our clients who require access to aggregated, de-identified data at the clinic or organization level while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. To adjust an admin user to view PHI-Free Dashboards, please update their permissions accordingly.
Clinical Outcomes Dashboard
The clinical outcomes dashboard provides an overview of results from assessments and tools that your organization utilizes.
The Clinical Outcomes Dashboard would contain the following tiles:
- Two Most Common Measures (PHQ-9 and GAD-7)
- Assessment Scores Over Time
- Reliable Change
- Reliable Improvement Trend
- Symptom Severity Change
- Symptom Severity Flow
- Recovery

Patients Overview
The Patients Overview Dashboard provides a high-level summary of all patients as well as participation and engagement with measurement-based care in the clinic.
The Patient Overview Dashboard would contain the following tiles:
- Patients
- New Patients (Last 30 Days)
- New Patients by Month
- Avg. Patient Therapeutic Alliance
- Patients with Recent Suicidality
- Patients by Treatment Status
- Total Assessments Completed
- Assessments Completed by Month
- Patients with Completed Assessments
- Avg. Assessments Completed Per Patient
- Patients with Completed Assessments by Month
- Patients by Assessments Completed

Therapists Overview
The Therapists Overview Dashboard provides an overview of all therapist activity within the organization's account. This dashboard was designed to provide insight around therapist participation and engagement with measurement-based care.
The Therapist Overview Dashboard would contain the following tiles:
- Therapists
- Therapists by Milestone
- Therapists with Patients Completing Assessments
- Therapists by Last Sign-In Time
- Therapists by Patients Completing Assessments (Last 90 Days)
- Average Patients Per Therapist
- Average Patients Completing Assessments Per Therapist
- Average Assessments Completed Per Therapist
- Average Assessments Completed Per Therapist by Month

Drill-downs, filters and exporting
Some of the main benefits of the dashboards include the ability to drill-down further into data and meaningfully take action on specific patients or therapists. Drill-downs are not available for certain tiles where a calculation is included (such as the average number). FAQs
- Can I replace the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 visualizations with other assessments?
- Yes, we can add or replace visualizations based on your most commonly used assessments. Assessments that are well-suited for these visualizations typically have a defined symptom scoring threshold or recovery index. Please reach out to support@greenspacehealth.com to request this change.
- Can I add, remove or customize any dashboards?
- Yes, you can request customization to your dashboard section. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, there are multiple tabs. We have the ability to add or remove more tabs depending on what your needs are. For example, your organization may have a unique clinical or operational focus. In this case, you could work with the Greenspace team to add new visualizations or create a separate dashboard. Please reach out to support@greenspacehealth.com or your Customer Success Manager to kickstart this conversation.
- I would like to bulk export data beyond my dashboard. Can I do this?
- Yes, you can request additional raw data (only in the form of CSV) by reaching out to support@greenspacehealth.com and accessing those reports through your Reporting Centre. These raw datasets can also be scheduled on a regular cadence. This is a suitable solution if you would you like to do your own analysis or audit your data.
- My dashboard is not loading properly. What should I do?
You may troubleshoot the dashboard or visualization directly by selecting the three dots on the right-hand corner and selecting "Clear cache and refresh":
