Introducing the New Dashboard: A Comprehensive Overview of MBC Performance Metrics and Outcomes
Overview
Greenspace's new MBC Benchmarks Dashboard allows Admins to evaluate and compare their clinic’s performance against other organizations using Greenspace to identify improvement opportunities, both in processes and clinical care. As leaders in of MBC, our benchmarking feature is uniquely capable of providing clinical leaders with the data they need to understand their MBC implementation and identify areas of improvement.
Dashboard Sections
Adoption
These tiles represent the proportion of patients and therapists who have successfully begun using MBC. This section can tell you how other organizations adopt MBC in their practice, and how your organization stacks up against peers.
Assigning Assessments — Displays the percentage of active (not archived) patients with one or more assessment(s) assigned. Patients need to be assigned assessments in order to start tracking their progress.
Patient Adoption — Shows the percentage of all patients that have completed at least one assessment. Ideally, all patients who have been assigned an assessment for completion complete it.
Therapist Adoption — Indicates the percentage of therapists with at least one patient that has completed at least one assessment. This metric indicates that your clinicians understand how to use Greenspace for administering MBC.
Engagement
These tiles reflect the level of ongoing interaction and utilization of patients and therapists with MBC. Ensure that your patients and clinicians are consistently engaging with MBC to see the highest outcomes.
Continuous Engagement with Assessments — Shows the percentage of patients that have completed three or more assessments. This tile only includes patients that started treatment more than 60 days ago, as this usually means they would have had enough time to complete three or more assessments.
Recent Engagement with Assessments — Displays the percentage of active (not archived) patients that have completed at least one assessment in the last 30 days. The principle of MBC is that if a patient is active in a clinician’s caseload, they should be completing regular assessments.
Therapist Logins — Displays the percentage of your therapists who have a Greenspace account that have signed in during the last 7 days, out of those who have logged in at least once in the last 365 days. Ideally, all your therapists should be using Greenspace daily, so we are measuring how many of them are active users of the platform. If you have any inactive clinicians (eg. employees that have left the organization), please deactivate their accounts to keep your stats clean.
Clinical Outcomes
These tiles show standard clinical outcome metrics across the most commonly used assessments on the platform, allowing you to compare the care outcomes at your organization to your peers.
Reliable Improvement Rates — Shows the reliable improvement rates for the top assessments used in Greenspace. Reliable improvement is calculated using the Reliable Change Index. If your organization does not use a particular assessment (ie, no patient is assigned that assessment), the assessment benchmark will not show up in this tile.
Recovery Rates — Displays the recovery rates for top assessments used in Greenspace. Recovery is defined as an improvement in score whereby the first assessment score was above the caseness threshold while the last score is below the caseness threshold. If your organization does not use a particular assessment (ie, no patient is assigned that assessment), the assessment benchmark will not show up in this tile.
Alliance — This tile displays the Therapeutic alliance scores for the most commonly used Therapeutic Alliance measures on Greenspace. Therapeutic alliance scores are based on the average scores of most recent assessments completed by each patient.
