Patients Overview Dashboard

The Patients Overview Dashboard provides a high-level summary of all patients as well as participation and engagement with measurement-based care in the clinic.

• Patients - The total number of all patient files created in Greenspace including active and archived patients.
• New Patients (Last 30 Days) - The total number of patient files that were created in the last 30 days.
• New Patients by Month - The number of patients created each month over the last 12 months as indicated by their treatment start date.
• Avg. Patient Therapeutic Alliance - The average therapeutic alliance scores a patient records of their therapeutic relationship in their most recent assessments.
• Patients with Recent Suicidality - The number of patient files who have indicated suicidality on their assessment in the last 30 days.
• Patients by Treatment Status - A breakdown of active vs archived patients.

• Total Assessments Completed - The cumulative total number of assessments completed by all patients to date.
• Assessments Completed by Month - The total number of assessments completed over the last 12 months.
• Patients with Completed Assessments - The total number of patients who have completed at least 1 assessment since having a file created in Greenspace.
• Avg. Assessments Completed Per Patient - The total number of assessments completed per patient who have completed at least 1 assessment, showing the completion distribution.
• Patients with Completed Assessments by Month - The total number of patients who have completed at least 1 assessment in each of the last 12 months.
• Patients by Assessments Completed - The breakdown of patients by the number of assessments completed. Note that this only includes patients with at least 1 assessment completed.

• The bottom of the dashboard shows a data table with outcome data for each patient. The data table is limited to 500 rows and may not include all patients. To request a larger report export, please reach out to support@greenspacehealth.com
