What is the intake module?

The Intake Module is a way for organizations to streamline how new patients access their services.

The Intake Module was designed to make it easy to capture clinical information at intake, allowing organizations and intake teams to better triage and assign new clients to the appropriate programs and clinicians. It allows for baseline intake information to be collected and used by an intake team to make better and more efficient triage decisions.

New clients can complete an intake assessment defined by the organization. The client will then appear on the organization's Intake List, providing the intake workers with key metrics to better triage and assess new clients according to clinical needs.
