Intake Summary Reports

While the Intake List provides a good high level overview, you can access more detailed information about each client by selecting View Summary Reports from the “… “on the Intake List, or from the client’s profile.

Clicking on one of the assessments, within the Summary Reports tab, will open a detailed summary report that provides the results of the client’s Intake Assessment.

Interpreting the Results

Intake assessments are separated by sections. For example, Greenspace’s Intake Assessment gives 4 sections related to Anxiety & Depression, Functioning, Alcohol & Drug Use, and Patient Goals (free text). In each of these sections, you can see the Total Score as well as a synopsis of interpretation. This can be used for triaging patients accordingly.
