Assigning Patients to Providers on an Intake List
On the Intake List, you and your clinic can assign patients to providers based on your current processes, waitlists, availability and priority.
When reviewing the Intake List, click on the … on the right for any patient to access their quick view menu. From here, you can:
- View Summary Reports (of Intake Assessments)
- Assign Provider
- Remove from Intake List
When assigning a provider, you will be prompted to remove the patient from the Intake List. This will allow the patient to move to the Patient list as part of your typical practice.
